Check in policy
You can check in to the Holiday Inn hotel Winchester from 3pm on your day of arrival. Guests are requested to check out no later than 11am on the morning you leave. We accept Visa / American Express / Mastercard / Diners Cards as payment. Unfortunately we do not allow pets / animals to stay in the hotel [except for guide dogs]
Cancellation policy
Cancellations before 4pm on the day of booking will not be charged (this excludes advanced purchases). Cancellations after 4pm on day of booking or non-arrivals will be charged the rate of the first night.
