Winchester Wedding Businesses celebrate another successful bridal event - Do Tell the Bride!
Top Winchester wedding suppliers held their second business event together - a unique Wedding evening entitled “Do Tell the Bride” and the event was a great success.
Hosted at the Holiday Inn, Winchester it attracted brides and grooms to- be from all over the county looking for advice and tips for the perfect day.
The evening’s main event was an impressive cat walk. Brides of Winchester showcased 30 dresses, taking time to explain which brides they would suit best, Debenhams showcased Mother of the Bride outfits and bridesmaids dresses whilst The Blooming Workshop gave valuable advice on matching flowers to the dresses and photographer Alan Wallis advised on making every image count. Making sure the men were not left out, Moss Bros modelled menswear for the Groom and Father of the Bride and Les Hart Entertainment provided the music. Toni and Guy Winchester kindly supplied stylists ensuring the models were picture perfect and Lyn Chalice & Natasha Wiggins provided professional make up. The whole event was compered by professional broadcaster Tracey Clarke from Wordclarke Speech Academy who was also on hand to give advice about speeches for the big day.
In another first for a wedding event, local girl, Chloe Hines was taken from the audience and treated to a stunning transformation, amazing everyone as she was revealed in full wedding gown and make up for the evening’s finale.
At the end of the night Siobhan Thomasson, General Manager of the Holiday Inn, Winchester said, “This is our second Do tell the Bride and they just get better and better. We will definitely be looking forward to holding another later in the year”
