Does the offer have Wireless Internet and what are the tariffs?

Yes, the hotel has Wireless Internet through the hotel including the rooms, the lobby, the business centre and the meeting rooms. The first 30 minutes are free for all guests and after this is charged at £3.99 for 2 hours or £9.99 for 24 hours. 

Is the hotel disabled friendly?

Yes, we offer 8 accessible rooms with adapted facilities and wet rooms. Guide dogs are also accepted at the hotel.

What is the pet policy?

Pets are not allowed at the hotel. Only guide dogs are accepted.

What is the voltage at the hotel?

Voltage is 230v

Do you have an onsite parking and how far is it from the hotel entrance?

We have our own onsite car park which is free for all guests and residents. The car park is located in front of the hotel and there is also a drop off area and a number of accessible parking spaces.

Am I allowed to smoke in the hotel and in the rooms?

Smoking is not permitted in the hotel but guests can smoke outside the hotel entrance or on the outside terrace.

Is it possible to have a 3rd person in the room?

Rooms cannot accommodate three adults however they can accommodate two adults and 1 child. The extra beds are only suitable for children to the age of 12. Children stay for free in their parents rooms.

Can children be in the room with adults?

Yes. We have rooms mentioned above that can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child (a standard room with a double bed and a Z bed) and we also have family rooms that can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. These rooms have two double beds. The family rooms are a supplement of £30 and are subject to availability.

Is it possible to get a cot?

Yes, we can provide you with a FREE cot. Just mention it at the time of booking. (limited units)

Does the hotel have a restaurant?

Yes the hotel has an award winning restaurant called the Morn Hill Brasserie. The Morn Hill Brasserie has an AA rosette for food quality and uses local produce to offer mouth watering dishes. The restaurant serves a full English buffet style breakfast each morning. The restaurant is also open for lunches including Sunday lunch and also open each evening. Both residents and non residents are welcome to use the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Visit our Food & Drink pages for more information.

Does the hotel have a bar?

Yes and a large lounge area with outside terrace and plentiful seating. The bar and lounge serve food all day offering light bites, sandwiches and more substantial meals.

What time is the breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 6.30am – 10am Monday – Friday and from 7.00am – 10.30am Saturday and Sunday
