Hampshire hotel comes top for customer service!
The Holiday Inn, Winchester has scooped two prestigious awards for customer service, the Intercontinental Hotels Group Priority Club Members Award for customer loyalty and the Intercontinental Hotels Group Quality Excellence Award.
The Priority Club Members Award is only given to those hotels who achieve the highest level of excellence in customer loyalty whilst the second award recognises that the Holiday Inn, Winchester has received high Guest Satisfaction and Guest Love scores. Both categories featured hotels nominated from not just the UK and Ireland but also from across Europe.
Both awards are given by Intercontinental Hotels Group and their customers and are especially welcome as hotels compete for the satisfaction and honour of offering the best welcome to the public.
The Holiday Inn, Winchester has done particularly well to feature in the awards as it is a relatively “young” Hotel having only been open for just under two years.
