The Holiday Inn Winchester is an enchanting venue with excellent private hire facilities. Whether you’re celebrating a wedding, a birthday party, a baptism, a bar mitzvah or bat mitzvah, an anniversary or need somewhere to hold your corporate event, we have a private suite for you.

We have a dedicated events team on hand, ready to help you with your private hire requirements. From decorations and DJ’s, catering to accommodation, the Holiday Inn Winchester is the venue for you.

The Hampshire Suite:

The Hampshire Suite is our largest private hire suite and can accommodate up to 180 guests. This bright and airy room is ideal for large gatherings and has access to the terrace for alfresco dinner and drinks. The Hampshire Suite can be divided into two separate rooms with sliding doors, so if you require two different atmospheres we have the facilities to make it so.

Emperor and Monarch Suites:

For smaller, more intimate celebrations we have the Emperor and Monarch Suites. These two rooms are smaller in size than the Hampshire Suite, but with just as much personality. With space for up to 30 guests, the Emperor and Monarch Suites are perfect for birthday bashes, sit down dinners and Christmas parties.

We also have four smaller rooms that can seat up to 15 guests. These rooms are ideal for very intimate occasions including dinner parties.
