“The group members have asked me to write to thank all the team at The Holiday Inn Winchester. A great time was had by all. They were very appreciative of the food & the service the young waiters gave us. It was a busy time for the hotel, particularly on Friday. The whole break was enhanced by the weather; what are the chances of such a weekend occurring again. The only adverse comments (I had forgotten about) was the height of the basin & bath. Many of our group are, due to age, getting shorter, and did have difficulty. I should have booked a room with a walk in shower for myself, as I was, due to hip problem, unable to climb into the bath for a shower. Many thanks again for the excellent service we received."

“Excellent Family Friendly Hotel, couldn't fault it!

We stayed here as part of the Paultons Park/Peppa Pig deal with our children aged 2, 5 and 8 and were very impressed! It's a stunning hotel with friendly, efficient staff and nothing is too much trouble. We stayed last weekend - 29/30th September during the heatwave and the air-con wasn't working in the family room allocated (due to decorating work being carried out), but they moved us to another room which had adjoining doors to a second room for our children without hesitation, we were very happy with the service. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and immaculate and the kids loved the huge beds! At breakfast we were spoilt for choice with a selection of fruit, cereal, juices, yogurt, cheeses, pastries, toast, preserves and a full English breakfast. All the food was of a very good quality too and the staff were very helpful and polite and we felt very comfortable with the 3 children there, not at all uncomfortable (as previous reviews stated). I would recommend this hotel to anyone and have already told friends to stay there if they go to Paultons! We'll definitely go back again :-)"

“Absolutely Fantastic.

I have stayed in many hotels around the world, on business and for pleasure. I have stayed in this hotel for a few days a week for the last few weeks and can catergorically state that this is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I cannot fault the hotel or the staff in any way whatsoever. In comparison to other hotels in Winchester the Holiday Inn is head and shoulders above the rest. Every member of staff is impecably dressed, courteous beyond polite and totally professional. The rooms are spacious and always very clean. All modern requirements are supplied. I would recommend everyone that wants to travel to Winchester should try this hotel before any other and I guarantee you wont go anywhere else. Thank You."

The hotel was great.. service impeciable, and food superb !! - We had a really lovely time. I thought the staff service levels were very very good, so many hotels just dont even get the basics right... Honest Sarah there was nothing that you can improve on .. that is praise indeed !!
