When we walked in we were greeted by someone who told us they were our personal right hand (wo)man for the day, the room was brilliant, the atmosphere of the lobby and all the conferencing area was uber modern – little clusters of people working on laptops, people in B&B mode breakfasting, smart looking staff etc. Enough space around the tea and coffee areas, lots of light so no-one felt claustrophobic. It was a memorably smooth and professional high impact, tightly managed day. We had them on standby to switch lunchtimes – nothing was a problem to them. And they smiled!"

The staff were very friendly and helpful, our conference room and the tea/coffee facilities were excellent. The feedback from our delegates with regards to the rooms was good. However, the cold buffet lunch was adequate in comparison to the hot buffet, which was excellent."

"They both felt the venue is top class and that the staff could not be faulted in any way and were always happy to help. [She] said she would love to work from there again and thought the facilities were outstanding. They also said the quality of the hot drinks and cookies was excellent. I have had similar comments from the other 4 trainers who have so far trained at the venue. Thank you- a great venue and really good staff makes a huge difference to the trainers, whose jobs are not necessarily the easiest in the world. I think the only problem will be our trainers fighting over going there!!! Please pass on to all relevant staff, including your GM. Their (and your) support is appreciated."
