"We would like to thank all of your staff that were involved in our daughters wedding on 24th September.
 

The whole day ran like clockwork and the service was first class (and this from a couple who have experienced 10 luxury cruises). We would like to mention especially Kat Jefferies - Events Co-ordinator, Karen – Operations Manager and Toni - Bar Supervisor (very resourceful even managing to disguise dirt stains on the youngest bridesmaids dress) Compliments also need to go to your chef as all the food was superb (including the evening buffet) this was commented on by many of our guests (including one 65 year old farm girl who said it was the best bacon bap she’d ever had). Other guests also commented on the exemplary organisation and service experienced throughout the day. Please pass our thanks onto your staff especially those mentioned specifically above. We would certainly recommend your facilities unconditionally."

"The wedding went so well thank you and we had an amazing day.  The staff all worked so hard and we really appreciated it. 
 

We did actually drop a card in for one of the bar staff on Monday (Keiran?) as she worked tirelessly to ensure our night went smoothly and nothing was too much trouble for her which everyone remarked on, however we found out the following morning that one of our guests was very rude to her late at night when she refused to serve him as he was so drunk (a decision which we would have fully supported but we had gone to bed by this time) and we were absolutely mortified by this as his behaviour is not something we would ever encourage or condone.  So if you could pass this on to her again I would really appreciate it...

We would both like to thank you personally for all of your hard work and organisation in the build up to the big day and to Karen, Keiran and 2 of the young guys (from the function/restaurant staff) on the shift during our wedding who's names we did not get, you all really stood out as being so helpful and keen to make the wedding a success."

"I really wanted to send you a email saying thank you so much. Everyone who works at the Holiday Inn Winchester was brilliant, worked very hard to make our day special, and we had many lovely comments from our wedding guests about how lovely the hotel is, how professional the staff are and everyone said how nice the food was. One guest even said to me that was the nicest food she has ever had at a wedding before!

Sam was lovely, he was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He made the day stress free and made sure it all ran smoothly even when we were running behind on schedule and probably not making everyones lives easy. And a big thank you to the Chef's, the food was amazing, it looked amazing and tasted even better!!!

So, thank you Caroline, it really means alot to us for all your hard work, the day was perfect and couldn't have gone better!! I will recommend the hotel to everyone who listens and i will definately use the hotel again! Please could you pass our thanks on to everyone who was involved."
