Thrills and Chills at Fort Nelson this half-term
This October half-term, head to the Royal Armouries at Fort Nelson for a host of Halloween horrors! The new-look museum has lined up a spooktacular programme from ghoulish craft activities to frightening fancy dress - and ghostly story-telling. Museum entrance is free and visitors can explore the 19-acre Victorian Fort. Charges apply for some Halloween events.

Art & Design Market in Winchester
The Art & Design Market in Winchester is the perfect place to purchase quality art & design-led craft direct from the artists and makers such as Fine art, mixed media, graphics, glass, jewellery, photography, graphics, textiles, cards, wood carvings, sculptures, prints, illustration, home furnishing, bespoke furniture, vintage clothes and accessories, new designers and much more! Winchester Farmers' Market
The Winchester Farmers’ Market is the largest Farmers' Market in the UK (95 stalls) and was voted best in the country by the Guardian Food Magazine. There you can savour the finest local produce - from watercress to water buffalo steaks, organic product to ostrich meat. Winchester Farmers' Market takes place on the second and final Sunday of each month.
